About PharmHive

PharmHive helps pharmacies manage sales, inventory, purchasing, batches, expiry dates and business reporting. We are looking for a practical, motivated sales professional to bring new pharmacy customers onboard and help them use PharmHive successfully.

The role

You will build relationships with pharmacy owners, demonstrate PharmHive, close sales and coordinate onboarding. Success means pharmacies that pay, go live and continue using the software.

Responsibilities

Identify prospective pharmacies and meet owners, pharmacists and decision-makers across your assigned territory. Understand each pharmacy’s current processes and explain how PharmHive addresses its needs. Deliver product demonstrations, prepare approved quotations and follow up to close sales. Coordinate inventory-data collection, implementation and staff training with the technical team. Conduct follow-up checks after onboarding and help customers resolve basic usage questions. Escalate technical issues promptly and keep customers informed. Follow up on invoices and renewals, with payments made directly to the company. Generate referrals from customers and build relationships with pharmacy-sector partners. Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly pipeline, sales and customer-feedback reports.

Who we are looking for

Ideally 2–4 years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical distribution, pharmacy services, POS software or business software. Proven ability to reach decision-makers, follow up consistently and close sales. Familiarity with pharmacy operations; existing pharmacy-owner relationships are an advantage. Confidence using a laptop, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and customer-management tools. Ability to learn software and explain it clearly to customers. Strong spoken and written English; relevant local-language skills are an advantage. Based in Greater Accra and willing to travel regularly within Accra/Tema. Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently.

A qualification in sales, business, pharmacy technology or a related field is helpful. Demonstrated sales ability matters more than a particular degree.

Initial performance expectations

After product training, indicative paid-activation targets are:

Month 1: 3 pharmacy branches. Month 2: 5 pharmacy branches. Month 3: 8 pharmacy branches. Thereafter: 8–10 pharmacy branches per month.

Targets will be reviewed against territory conditions and implementation capacity. Performance also includes recurring revenue collected, customer adoption, retention and reporting quality.

A paid activation means the customer has paid the agreed implementation and first subscription charges, completed onboarding and started using PharmHive for real transactions.

What we provide

Product and sales training. Demonstration tools and sales materials. Technical support for migration and complex issues. Base salary plus transport/data allowance. Commission tied to paid activations and continued customer payment. Opportunity to grow into a territory leadership role as the business expands.

Compensation: attractive gross monthly base salary, depending on relevant experience, plus transport/data allowance and performance-based commission.
