About the company

Pharmazen Medicals Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based pharmaceutical and healthcare company marketing and distributing pharmaceutical, OTC, and consumer healthcare products to clinics, pharmacies, and institutions across Singapore.

Your tasks

You will ensure accurate receipt, verification, and recording of goods, pick and pack orders according to lists, assist in stock takes, and support warehouse operations to maintain inventory accuracy and quality.

• Verify received goods for quality and condition to ensure compliance with purchase orders
• Record received goods accurately into the inventory system to maintain up-to-date stock data
• Pick and pack goods precisely according to pick and pack lists to fulfill orders correctly
• Assist in conducting monthly stock takes to support inventory accuracy and control
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hands-on experience working in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environments to effectively handle stock operations
• Proficient use of Microsoft software to enter and manage inventory data efficiently
