- Monitor and follow up on orders received through the website.
- Contact customers to confirm orders and delivery details.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment.
- Coordinate with the shipping company and track deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Update order status accurately on the system.
- Previous experience in Online Sales or E-commerce is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.
- Good command of English
