Your Role

• Independent recording, monitoring, tracking, and result documentation of offers in coordination with the relevant interfaces (esp. RSM, Disposition, Technik, Versand)
• Recording, confirmation, execution, and verification of customer orders
• Independent order processing in coordination with the relevant interfaces (esp. RSM, Disposition, Technik, Versand) and corresponding customer communication
• Preparation and/or processing of customer complaints in coordination with the relevant interfaces
• Continuous observation of the market and competitive situation and coordination with the relevant interfaces (esp. RSM)
• Conducting customer correspondence regarding offer and order processing
• Technical product and customer consulting
• Schedule and process monitoring
• Creation of customs documents and LC documents for export business
• Creation of SAP offer and order calculations
• Master data maintenance in SAP/CRM
• Invoice control, supporting FI/RSM in receivables management

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field
• Professional experience in offer and order processing, Customer Service, administration, and sales back office (2-3 years), ideally with export experience
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Good SAP knowledge and understanding of data structures
• Foreign language skills, especially English, in spoken and written form
• High level of diligence, reliability, and communication skills
• Independent, systematic, and solution-oriented way of working
• High team orientation and initiative in a medium-sized organization
• Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the stated task and requirement profile
