For the Industrial Engineering department, we are looking for a Process & Project Manager – Tool Design & Manufacturing Technology (m/f/d) at the Winterbach location at the earliest possible date. Your Role

• Development and design of tools and equipment with a focus on silicone technology
• Creation and maintenance of 3D-CAD models and technical drawings (Autodesk Inventor)
• Further development of existing tool concepts and optimization of tool solutions
• Support of product development and industrialization projects regarding tool design and manufacturability
• Building and further developing tool competence as well as standardization of methods and guidelines
• Evaluation of new tool technologies and support of acceptances, first samples, and series starts
• Technical support of external tool makers and control of tool projects regarding quality, costs, and deadlines

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, plastics technology, or comparable technical qualification; alternatively technical training with corresponding further education
• Several years of professional experience in the design of tools, equipment, or special machinery
• Experience in an industrial production environment as well as in the management of technical projects
• Very good knowledge in 3D-CAD design with Autodesk Inventor
• Sound knowledge in tool design as well as understanding of manufacturing and industrialization processes
• Confident handling of technical drawings, specifications, and design guidelines
• Good MS-Office and English skills; knowledge in tool simulation is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working, strong communication skills, as well as willingness to undertake regular national and international business trips
• Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the assigned task and requirement profile
