Sales Engineer
- Map the industrial territory and identify factories with current or upcoming compressed air needs.
- Generate leads through prospecting, customer visits, referrals, and follow-up with existing contacts.
- Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance teams, procurement teams, and business owners.
- Develop a qualified sales pipeline and manage opportunities from initial contact to purchase order.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and work with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals that communicate product value, efficiency, and aftersales support.
- Follow up consistently on quotations, address objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Grow existing accounts through regular visits, replacement opportunities, upgrades, and new projects.
- Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, and upcoming industrial projects.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, opportunity updates, and forecasts, and work towards agreed sales targets.
- Coordinate with the service and aftersales teams to provide a strong customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- Experience selling air compressors or related industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
- Negotiation, presentation and selling skills.
- Good command of English, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
