The group has expanded its operations to innovative solutions aligned with a new era of mobility, such as Mobilidade Elétrica and Hidrogénio.
We are reinforcing our Desenvolvimento de Sistemas team, from Petrotec - Inovação e Indústria, in Seixal, with an IT Project Manager.
The day-to-day of an IT Project Manager...
- Monitor projects from the planning phase to final delivery, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met;
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Monitor project progress and identify risks in order to make adjustments when necessary;
- Implement project management methodologies, according to their nature;
- Management of dependencies between teams and projects;
- Facilitate project status meetings, reviews, and post-project meetings, in order to evaluate lessons learned and improve future processes;
- Monitor the progression of ongoing tasks and ensure the correct status in management tools;
- Support development teams in defining requirements and documentation, to ensure correct entry into the appropriate tools.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Engenharia Informática;
- More than 2 years of professional experience;
- Experience in project management in software development environments;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project);
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Autonomy and a sense of responsibility;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Good knowledge of English.
