Business Intelligence Coordinator

We are looking for a professional to work in the Commercial Excellence area of PETRONAS, contributing to the transformation of commercial data and information into analyses and solutions that support decision-making and business development.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop and monitor commercial performance analyses, using data and indicators to generate insights;
• Support the construction and evolution of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Transform complex data and analyses into clear and relevant information to support decision-making;
• Structure and develop Analytics solutions to support the strategies of the Commercial area;
• Support the definition and analysis of distribution models and routes for the market, considering different business scenarios;
• Act in the analysis of data related to channels and the commercial performance of distributors;
• Develop and improve tools to support commercial management;
• Explore new technologies and Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to data analysis and commercial processes;
• Interact with different areas and stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical solutions.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Technology, or related areas;
• Professional experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence, or data analysis applied to business;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Experience with the construction and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards;
• Advanced English;
• Experience in business management;
• Analytical profile and business orientation;
• Ability to transform data into insights and recommendations for decision-making;
• Hands-on profile and ease of working in dynamic environments.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Spanish;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access;
• Experience with BI tools;
• Knowledge or experience in the application of Artificial Intelligence in business processes;
• Experience with commercial analysis, distribution channels, or Commercial Excellence.
