We are looking for a Mid-level Supply Analyst to work in the Supply area of PETRONAS, contributing to the strategic management of suppliers, contracts, and raw materials, interfacing with different areas of the company and external partners.
Responsibilities and duties
- Manage contracts related to the Supply area, monitoring their execution and performance;
- Conduct supplier and raw material qualification processes, ensuring compliance with company requirements;
- Perform contractual, financial, and commercial analyses, supporting decision-making;
- Develop and monitor area dashboards and indicators, tracking results and improvement opportunities;
- Act together with the Operations, Logistics, and other business areas to ensure supply and continuity of operations;
- Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners, conducting negotiations and monitoring demands;
- Support product portfolio management from a supply and procurement perspective.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed higher education in Administration, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in Supply, Strategic Sourcing, or Supplier Management;
- Experience in contract management and analysis;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish will be considered a differentiator;
- Knowledge of Pacote Office, with a focus on Excel;
- Experience with indicator and dashboard analysis;
- Good negotiation, communication, and financial vision skills.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with supplier and raw material qualification;
- Knowledge of product portfolios;
- Experience in Operations and Logistics processes;
- Knowledge of FCB.
