We are looking for a professional to work in the Legal area of PETRONAS, focusing on the management of commercial contracts, support for the management of processes in general, including labor processes, and addressing other legal demands from the company's internal areas.

Responsibilities and assignments
- Manage commercial contracts, performing analysis, review, and monitoring of demands;
- Administer the portfolio of judicial processes, monitoring the progress of cases with partner law firms;
- Act as a partner to internal areas (RH, Marketing, Comercial, Compras, Financeiro, and others), providing legal support in contracts, processes, and other business-related matters;
- Participate in meetings with internal clients and external law firms to align demands;
- Monitor diligences, deadlines, and pending issues, ensuring compliance with internal processes;
- Prepare controls, reports, and documents related to the area's activities.
Requirements and qualifications
- Degree in Direito, with active OAB;
- Experience in analysis, review, and management of commercial contracts;
- Experience in monitoring labor processes and interfacing with external law firms;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
- Knowledge of Pacote Office, with a focus on Microsoft Word.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of DocuSign - CLM;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot;
- Knowledge of Direito Imobiliário;
- Must have an active CNPJ.
