Oracle Techno Functional Lead

Lead the day-to-day techno-functional support of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion HCM, and related Oracle applications for the Egypt organization.

Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle functional and technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Manage configuration, troubleshooting, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM processes and system functionality.

Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite and ensure effective integration and alignment with relevant business processes.

Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and validate PL/SQL queries, scripts, reports, and data-related solutions as required.

Support Oracle integrations, interfaces, data migration, and data validation activities while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Coordinate system testing, UAT, issue resolution, release activities, and deployment of approved Oracle changes.

Monitor and resolve incidents and recurring system issues, performing root-cause analysis and implementing preventive actions.

Provide technical guidance and support to Oracle users, document solutions and procedures, and promote effective system utilization.

Coordinate with Oracle support partners, service providers, and relevant stakeholders on escalations, technical issues, upgrades, and system improvements.

Ensure appropriate system documentation, access controls, change management, and compliance with company IT policies and standards.

Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by the Direct Line Manager as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM, preferably within the fuel, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.

Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Oracle PL/SQL are preferred.

Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM configuration, business process analysis, system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.

Strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite, and PL/SQL.

Experience with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and deployment activities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
