FLEET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Provides comprehensive technical support to operations by overseeing daily fleet activities and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Supervises drivers and mechanics, guiding their performance and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Maintains accurate records of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for trucks and their appurtenances, monitoring and updating them regularly to ensure timely servicing. Oversees the repair and maintenance of trucks to guarantee operational readiness and reliability. Ensures the availability and proper management of spare parts to prevent operational delays. Reporting and documenting all truck-related incidents and requirements. Supports operational concerns and resolves issues within assigned capacity, while continuously observing and analyzing overall operational efficiency to ensure plans are fully executed, maintenance activities are completed on schedule, and reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably an Engineering, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or logistics, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management practices, vehicle maintenance programs, and regulations and safety compliance.
• Ability to analyze operational data, prepare reports, and implement cost-control and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, maintenance teams, vendors, and management.
• Knows how to drive a manual and automatic vehicle and with valid driver's license.
