OIL AND GAS OPERATION

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and purchase contracts based on deal recaps.
• Execute contracts by preparing the required internal and external documentation and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure shipments comply with company requirements, operating standards and applicable regulations.
• Monitor vessel status and provide timely updates to relevant parties. Issue voyage orders, documentary instructions appoint inspectors and liaise with insurance companies where required.
• Review cargo invoices, freight invoices and costing invoices before submission for management approval and payment processing.
• Have a good understanding of derivatives and accurately incorporate derivative pricing into invoices.
• Maintain timely and accurate operational records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in the Oil& Gas or commodities trading industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparties, suppliers and overseas stakeholders where Chinese is the primary working language, and to review trade-related documents written in Chinese.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
