Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Tasks:

• Feed and unload production machinery and equipment.
• Monitor instruments on one or more chemical formulation units.
• Clean and maintain work space.
• Clean chemical processing machines and equipment and production areas.
• Measure, weigh and load chemical ingredients following formulation cards.
• Move, sort and pile materials and products.
• Record production information.
• Start up, shut down and troubleshoot equipment.
• Take samples.
• Operate equipment from a control room or from control consoles located near the production units.
• Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures.

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years.
