Position As a committed Brand Ambassador, you will represent the image of Petit Bateau to our customers on a daily basis by offering an exceptional and tailor-made customer experience while embodying our values. Your main activities will be as follows: Provide a true experience to our clientele through personalized "storytelling" and take customers and children on a journey into the Petit Bateau universe Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and collections to present them with care and, if necessary, suggest complementary or substitute products Attract new customers and build loyalty through the loyalty program Work actively and collectively towards the development of the physical and omnichannel turnover of the point of sale Ensure the correct application of all procedures (cash desk, inventory, receiving goods, etc.) Guarantee the correct visual identity / upkeep of the boutique and the highlighting of visual merchandising and products, which are vectors of the image and the concept Contribute to maintaining a harmonious work environment that respects the products (maintenance, cleanliness, handling, replenishment, labeling, stock management, etc.) This list is not exhaustive.
Profile You are dynamic, versatile, organized, and have a significant first experience of at least 1 year and accentuated expertise in the field of sales. You have a taste for the field, a sense of service and commerce, and know how to manage periods of intense traffic. You have a true team spirit. Your colleagues can always count on you. You are comfortable with English.
