PROJECT MANAGER M/F

This job offer is entrusted to France Travail by LINDUSTRIE-RECRUTE.FRA Within the project pole team, your role is to coordinate and drive product development projects from the launch phase through to product market release, in compliance with the methodologies and procedures in force on the site.

Your missions:

• Monitor and control project/product budgets to guarantee a good REX,
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in internal product development projects and responses to client specifications,
• Exercise a transversal management role in order to effectively coordinate the various project stakeholders,
• Coordinate pre-sales technical actions to "support" the sales team,
• Establish and monitor the detailed project schedule to guarantee compliance with milestones,
• Identify project/product risks and anticipate them in order to alert in case of deviation,
• Coordinate and ensure the proper execution of tasks by various internal and external actors, according to best practices and standards, in order to guarantee product quality,
• Fill in and update monitoring documents, dashboards, and project indicators,
• Challenge, motivate, foster exchanges, and ensure perfect synchronization between all actors and services involved in the project,
• Prepare and lead project reviews as well as milestone passage committees and communicate on the status and progress of projects,
• Manage exchanges and ensure good relations with the various stakeholders, namely Clients, Suppliers, and Partners,
• Coordinate the provision of CIR data and follow patent filing procedures,
• Maintain project elements up to date in the ERP,
• Establish a final project report and share the feedback experience.

With a Master's or Engineering degree with a focus on electronics, or with 5 years of expertise in project management for major accounts within a small structure (fewer than 1000 people). Fluent English, you have forged an initial experience in demanding environments. You are technically comfortable and demonstrate daily curiosity and listening skills, which allows you to analyze, anticipate, and unite project stakeholders facing client challenges by being persevering. You have an excellent capacity for organization, planning, and management, and coordinating several projects in parallel does not intimidate you. You are rigorous and autonomous, a catalyst for ideas and a driver with an excellent ability to synthesize, and you know how to adapt your level of communication to successfully carry out the different phases of the project with various interlocutors. You are recognized for your leadership, a strong capacity to work in a team, and a permanent commitment to the satisfaction of our clients, both internal and external.
