TASKS

• Commercial sparring partner for the national and international subsidiaries of the Peter Lacke Gruppe in all commercial matters
• Creation of analyses, commentaries, and recommendations for action for management
• Participation in the preparation of the monthly closing as well as group reporting
• Support in the preparation and creation of management presentations
• Taking over the investment controlling of the Peter Lacke Gruppe
• Steering and further development of controlling projects within the Peter Lacke Gruppe

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Finance
• Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally in a group or investment environment
• Technically proficient personality with a very good understanding of business contexts, accounting, and financial statements according to HGB
• Strong analytical skills and a very high understanding of numbers
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in the development and further evolution of dashboards, reportings, and BI-supported analyses
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident, professional appearance and strong communication skills
• High self-motivation and willingness to embrace change
• Proactive, resilient personality with a hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of collaborating at management and executive board levels
• Willingness to travel
