Part-Time Operations Assistant
About Smartpaw
Smartpaw is a growing pet tech brand in Singapore selling smart pet products — automatic litter boxes, smart feeders, pet fountains, and pet care essentials. We sell across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own online store.
We're looking for a reliable part-time assistant to help with our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations every morning.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders for dispatch
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries from suppliers
- Organize and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
- Assist with stocktaking and basic inventory checks
- Help with courier and Lalamove handoffs for order dispatch and customer returns
- Support other basic operational tasks when needed
- Reply to basic customer inquiries (order status, delivery updates) and attend to walk-in customers when needed
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Reliable and punctual — consistency matters most
- Comfortable with physical work — lifting boxes, standing, moving stock
- Honest and careful — handle products and orders with care
- Able to commit to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Able to commit to 5 days a week from 9:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday, with 1 weekday off)
Good to Have (but not required):
- Pet lover or pet owner
- Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or retail
- Lives near Bukit Batok / Trade Hub 21 area
Schedule & Pay
- 9:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break), 5 days a week
- Morning shift (exact timing to be discussed, e.g. 9am–12pm)
- Monday – Saturday with 1 fixed weekday off
- $10.00 – $13.00/hour depending on experience
$10.50 – $13.00/hour depending on experience
