Area Manager - San Miguel Allende

The Dog and Cat Manager is responsible for achieving the profitability of the area, managing assigned human and material resources, and ensuring an efficient operation, always maintaining animal welfare and adherence to our rules and policies.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial operation of the Dog and Cat area, ensuring compliance with sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Guarantee availability, correct display, and execution of commercial strategies for the different categories.
• Supervise and control inventories through SAP, cycle counts, inventories, and incidents, ensuring consistency between physical stock and the system.
• Manage and prevent shrinkage, following up on damaged products, expired goods, improper handling, and possible losses.
• Lead, develop, and organize the work team, coordinating activities, workloads, roles, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with customer service, operation, and animal welfare protocols in-store.

Desired profile:

Bachelor's degree in Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia (MVZ), graduated or intern. Profiles with studies interrupted after the fourth semester and related specialization courses will also be considered.

• 1-2 years of experience in animal nutrition.
• Retail experience is recommended.
• Experience in inventory management, budgets, marketing, and shrinkage.
• Intermediate English.

Knowledge in:
