As part of our growth, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for sales and an orientation towards providing the best possible service to our customers for a 6-hour part-time position as a Sales Associate at our store in Voula. What makes a Sales Associate stand out? As a Sales Associate, you are the heart of our stores. With your smile and pleasant mood, you advise and guide every Pet Parent, so that they trust us daily for both their purchases and the care of their beloved pets. Some of the characteristics a successful Sales Associate should have are customer orientation, communication skills, politeness, reliability, being affectionate, animal-loving, consistent and adaptable, and above all, wanting to learn and evolve within our Group! Your responsibilities: Greeting, informing, and guiding customers for the best purchase choice Sales and after-sales service ensuring a positive customer experience Checking store stock and replenishment when necessary for the best possible service of needs Processing orders, receiving and organizing the warehouse and the main store area Receiving and checking orders Use of cash register
