Your tasks:

• Competently support the customer hotline
• Coordination with the customer

• Calculation and independent creation of offers
• Processing of orders for performing configuration changes
• Acceptance and creation of handover protocols

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of modern IT systems and architectures, e.g., Virtualisierung, Terminalserver, Softwareverteilung
• Completed training (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker (m/f/d)) or professional experience with demanding IT systems
