Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor Brentford | 20 hours per week | Up to £13.22 per hour + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established national storage company for a Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team based at their Brentford offices . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and achieving results.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored quotations
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
• Processing deposits and arranging follow-up contact
• Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system
• Delivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when required

About You:

• At least 2 years' experience within a call/contact centre environment
• A natural sales ability and positive, "can-do" attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A results-driven approach and the ability to work well within a small team
• Previous complaint-handling experience would be advantageous

Hours & Salary

Permanent, Part-Time: 20 hours per week Salary: Up to £13.22 per hour + uncapped commission Location: Brentford, TW7

The working pattern will include:

• Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
• 6 additional hours during the week
