Customer Care Advisor

Outskirts of Redhill | Permanent | £31,000pa | 8am-5pm

We’re working with an established business on the outskirts of Redhill, who are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys solving problems, handling complaints & making sure customers receive a genuinely positive experience.

The Role

• Handling customer enquiries via phone & email
• Managing & resolving customer complaints
• Investigating issues & finding effective solutions
• Providing accurate information on products, services & pricing
• Processing orders, quotes, returns, refunds & delivery queries
• Meeting response times, service levels & customer satisfaction targets
• Identifying customer feedback & helping improve processes
• Recognising relevant opportunities to support additional customer needs

About You

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in customer service or customer care, ideally within a busy phone-based or multi-channel environment.

• Confident handling customer complaints & challenging situations
• Calm, professional & empathetic under pressure
• A strong communicator with excellent listening skills
• A confident problem solver who takes ownership

The Package

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Offering a starting salary of up to £31,000pa DOE
• 25 days holiday + BH
