HR Advisor Bristol | £35,875 | 37.5 hours | Hybrid working Are you an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys the employee relations side of HR and is confident managing your own caseload? We’re recruiting two HR Advisors to join a friendly and supportive Bristol-based HR team. This is a hands-on, ER-heavy role, so we’re looking for someone comfortable dealing with a varied caseload including grievances, absence management and other employee relations matters. What you'll be doing • Managing a busy and varied employee relations caseload • Advising and supporting managers on HR and ER matters • Handling grievances and absence management cases • Providing practical, empathetic and commercially sensible HR advice • Working across different sites within Bristol when required • Building strong relationships with managers and colleagues across the organisation What we're looking for • Previous HR Advisor or similar generalist HR experience • Strong employee relations and case management experience is essential • Confident managing cases independently • An empathetic and resilient approach • Collaborative and genuinely team focused • Experience within logistics, operations or a similar fast-moving environment would be advantageous • Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to travel between Bristol sites The package • £35,875 per annum • 37.5 hours Monday to Friday • Flexibility to choose your working pattern, including earlier starts such as 7am or 7.30am • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays • 5% employer pension contribution • BUPA Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme • Cycle to Work and salary sacrifice car schemes • Retail discounts • Learning and development opportunities • A friendly, supportive and social HR team If you’re an HR professional who enjoys ER, likes having autonomy and wants to join an organisation where internal progression genuinely happens, apply today or contact Lucy Cressy at Pertemps Bristol for a confidential conversation.
