Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) (Customer Service Advisor)

We are looking for .... We are looking for you as a Customer Service Employee (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main for a permanent position for our client at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• You independently manage and process customer orders and coordinate the associated processes.
• You work closely with Sales, Planning, Production, F&E, Logistics, and customers.
• You create offers, document orders, and process complaints in SAP.
• You monitor deliveries, conduct price negotiations, and maintain stocks.
• You take customs and foreign trade regulations into account.

Your profile:

• You have commercial training with a technical background or vice versa.
• You have more than 5 years of professional experience.
• You speak English confidently in spoken and written form.
• You possess good SAP knowledge, especially in the SD module.

The framework conditions:

• You work full-time with 37.5 hours per week.
• You receive an attractive salary between €36,000 and €48,000 annually.
• You are part of a dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main.
