Customer Service Representative Order Processing & Sales Back Office (m/f/d) (Industrial Clerk)

Your tasks:

• Independent support and processing of customer orders
• Interface management with Sales, Business Management, Planning, Production, R&D, logistics service providers, and customer organizations
• Creation of market overviews, documentation of offers and orders in SAP (SD)
• Complaint management in close cooperation with the product managers
• Clarification of product availability, delivery times, and processing of commercial goods
• Ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations as well as import requirements
• Independent acquisition and price negotiations within the specified framework for catalog products
• Monitoring of stocks and tracking of overdue items in coordination with Sales and Business Management
• Collaboration in planning, reporting, and in the electronic planning tool
• Maintenance of customer and product master data in the sales department

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with technical understanding or a comparable technical training with a commercial focus
• Several years of professional experience in customer service, order processing, or sales back office
• Sound knowledge of SAP SD as well as proficient use of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Experience in dealing with production companies is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
