Project Engineer Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

Plan technical building services for demanding production and plant engineering projects – from the initial concept to the execution-ready solution. In this position, you will take responsibility for building technology solutions in international plant engineering projects. You will develop tailor-made concepts, coordinate the participating partners, and accompany your projects through to the execution planning stage.

Your Tasks You will take over the responsible planning, coordination, and monitoring of technical building services projects – from concept creation to execution planning.

You will perform technical calculations, select suitable systems, and create specifications as well as tender documents.

You will develop supply concepts that are tailored to the specific task and the technical requirements of the customer.

You will create floor plans, schemata, and 3D planning.

You will prepare bills of quantities and technically evaluate incoming offers.

You will coordinate suppliers and ensure technical coordination within your projects.

You will support the construction management team with project-related tasks.

You will advise customers on technical and project-oriented questions, sometimes also on-site.

You will carry out your project tasks independently, in a structured manner, and in an results-oriented way.

Mandatory You have further training as a Techniker (m/f/d) or a completed degree in engineering with a focus on Technical Building Services, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable field.

You possess confident knowledge in at least one current CAD or building technology program.

You are experienced in working with common MS-Office applications.

You have application-ready English skills.

You are willing to travel to a small extent.

You communicate reliably, work in a service-oriented manner, and contribute reliably to the project team.

Desirable You have already gained experience in project planning and the design of building technology systems. You are familiar with the trades of heating, ventilation, sanitary, refrigeration, or air conditioning. You have worked with AutoCAD P&ID, Plant 3D, or Visio. You bring experience in piping design. University graduates with relevant internships are also expressly welcome.
