Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the commercial processing of projects - from contract acceptance to the recording and maintenance of all relevant data in the internal system

• Monitoring and controlling the project progress in close cooperation with the departments of Technik, Vertrieb, Logistik, Finance, as well as international customers

• Creation and organization of all documents for worldwide export and shipping processes

• Timely settlement and invoicing of ongoing projects

• Independent support and control of Letters of Credit as well as bank guarantees to ensure payment processing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, FH, or university studies)

• Several years of experience in a commercial project environment is an advantage

• Very good English skills in spoken and written form

• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP-Systemen

• Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility

• Structured, precise, and independent way of working

The minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 41,270.00. The actual remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience and will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
