We are looking for our client, starting immediately, for 1 Specialist, Procurement, Technical Project Management (m/w/d) Your tasks:

• Tracking and monitoring of project progress as well as standardized creation, preparation, and presentation of reports on the current project status
• Recording, consolidation, and structuring of project-specific requirements as well as steering of Change Requests to the Application Management

• Further development and optimization of process workflows through high system understanding and affinity for supplier management systems
• Updating and maintenance of project data in the specific project software in coordination with the Purchasing Project Management

• Training of purchasing employees regarding project-specific system usage

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training (LAP, HAK- or HTL-Matura)
• Very good understanding of project management, process workflows, and system-supported working methods

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Business fluent English skills as well as very good communication skills in an international environment

• Assertiveness, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Relevant professional experience as an interface function in projects as well as in the operation of applications

• Strong affinity for supplier management systems and digital processes
• Low willingness to travel
