We are looking for our client in Graz starting immediately for 1 Accounts Payable Accountant. Your tasks:

  • Posting of all ongoing business transactions (accounts payable, general ledger, travel expenses, cash receipts, credit card statements)
  • Support with monthly and quarterly closings as well as assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Account reconciliations and master data maintenance
  • Assistance in performing cost comparisons and invoice control
  • Accounts payable reconciliations and processing of reminders
  • Participation in exciting internal company projects with a financial focus

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW, apprenticeship or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Good MS Office skills as well as initial experience in using SAP/Microsoft Dynamics (AX) desirable
  • Structured and organized way of working, analytical thinking skills
  • Good English skills

Remuneration:

The minimum salary is € 33,600 gross/year; depending on education or professional experience, an overpayment will be agreed upon.
