Financial Accountant (m/f/d) (Finanzbuchhalter/in)

Your tasks

• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• National & international payment transactions on various IT platforms
• Contract management & fleet management (incl. rent, leasing, machine leasing)
• Management of trade credit insurance
• Support for non-operative companies incl. coordination with external tax advisors
• Preparation and reporting of foreign VAT data (e.g., Czech Republic) as well as Intrastat
• Representation for official statistics and Intrastat (goods receipt)
• Recharges to subsidiaries, recurring entries, imputed costs
• Accounts receivable clarification in cooperation with customers, receivables management and sales
• Processing of special cases in accounts receivable (e.g., prepayment/down payment processes)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Finanzbuchhalter/in, Steuerfachangestellte/r, Industriekaufmann/-frau) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in an industrial environment
• Proficient in handling ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
