What your tasks are:

• You are the first point of contact for all export control law matters
• the responsibility for the shipping processing of export orders lies in your hands
• You prepare all necessary customs declarations and formalities for imports and exports
• You take care of the material master data
• You process shipping orders within Germany and the EU
• You prepare the origin products with documentation as well as accompanying invoices in accordance with country requirements
• Obtaining and evaluating transport offers, nationally and internationally, is also your responsibility
• You monitor the embargo sanction lists based on relevant changes in law and their practical implementation
• You ensure compliance with the criteria of the air freight security certificate
• You prepare the papers according to letter of credit conditions

What we wish for you:

• You have completed training as a Speditionskaufmann (m/f/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have already been able to gain initial experience in the area of customs for imports and exports
• preference calculation and preparation of preference documents are no problem for you
• you can score points with your good MS-Office and Excel skills
• Your good English skills in spoken and written form round off your profile
