What your tasks are:

• You are the link between field service and the customer
• You assist in the co-design of key account framework agreements and tenders
• master data maintenance of customers is your responsibility
• You handle incoming inquiries independently
• You are responsible for creating packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, and offers
• You assist in supporting the active marketing of our products and services

• You have completed commercial training, e.g., Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/f/d), Industriekauffrau (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Your very good knowledge of MS-Office applications will benefit you
