For our client, an established industrial company in the plastics and packaging industry based in Singen, we are looking for you as Senior Manager Einkauf (m/w/d) within the framework of temporary employment with an option for permanent hire.

Tasks:

• responsibility for strategic and operative purchasing
• development and implementation of sustainable purchasing strategies
• selection, evaluation and further development of national and international suppliers
• independent price, contract and condition negotiations
• ensuring economical and reliable procurement
• analysis of procurement markets as well as identification of optimization potential
• close cooperation with the departments of Product Management, Logistics, Quality and Sales
• further development of purchasing processes and active participation in shaping our growth etc.

Profile:

• You have a completed vocational training of at least three years.
• You have several years of practical experience in raw material procurement - ideally in the area of Food, Non-Food and/or Packaging.
• Additionally, confident use of MS Office is a matter of course for you; ideally, you also have experience working with ERP-Systemen.
• Your English skills in spoken and written form are fluent and enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
• For the exercise of this responsible position, in addition to your professional expertise, you also bring a valid work permit as well as a permanent residence in Germany
