What your tasks are:
- You receive customer orders and delivery schedules, check and record them in a timely manner - up to punctual preparation or delivery
- in doing so, you always keep the optimal delivery time in view - taking into account stock and material availability
- together with the dispatch and production planning, you reliably coordinate the scheduling
- You carefully maintain and control the master data of your assigned customers
- correct invoicing is also within your area of responsibility
- You coordinate the entire ordering process - both with your customers and with internal departments
- in the case of complaints, you actively support the responsible specialist department and contribute in a solution-oriented manner
- in the event of foreseeable supply bottlenecks or delays, you act proactively and inform early
What we wish for you:
- You have completed commercial training, e.g., as Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- you are familiar with handling customer inquiries and complaints - you communicate confidently and in a solution-oriented manner
- ideally, you have experience in the automotive business and are familiar with industry-specific processes
- your English skills in speaking and writing are good - you can also communicate internationally
- negotiating is one of your strengths - you appear confident and find convincing solutions
- you work independently, in a structured manner, and do not lose track even with complex tasks
- you bring technical understanding - knowledge in customs or transport is an additional plus
- you are proficient in using common Google applications (e.g., Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
