What your tasks are:
- in customer service, you are responsible for the After Sales area
- as part of this, you will handle customer inquiries
- you provide telephone assistance for electronic or mechanical questions regarding the systems
- you take care of triggering orders for services such as spare and new parts
- finally, you are responsible for scheduling the service technicians (m/f/d)

- You have good written and spoken English skills
