What your tasks are:

• you take over the creation and sending of inquiries and orders
• you take care of the scheduling and processing of requirements, the support of suppliers, as well as the IT data entry of orders to suppliers
• furthermore, you are responsible for the procurement of products for the stock warehouse and existing customer orders
• monitoring the deadlines of supplier orders as well as the processing of order confirmations and coordination of deviations are also part of your area of responsibility
• you are responsible for the organizational processing of supplier complaints in cooperation with QS or Sales
• you handle general correspondence, archiving, and the processing of service inquiries in the area of Import
• negotiating and renegotiating conditions with suppliers according to target specifications, as well as inventory postings, round off your profile of activities

• you can demonstrate a completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Bürokauffrau (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• you have already been able to gain several years of professional experience in purchasing
• confident handling of MS Office, ideally also with MS Dax, is a matter of course for you
• fluent English skills in speaking and writing are part of your profile
• your analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as high problem-solving competence speak for you
• communication, initiative, and assertiveness, as well as a structured and precise way of working, characterize you
