What your tasks are:

• you record and process orders in the ERP-System
• you actively support customs clearance
• you provide support to your colleagues, for example in preparing quotations
• you receive our customers on site and also assist with receiving mail

• you have completed commercial training, e.g., as Bürokauffrau (m/f/d)
• you have already gained initial experience in the field of sales back office
• ideally, you have knowledge in customs
• you have good German and English skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• strong communication skills and team spirit characterize you
• a valid work permit for Germany completes your profile
