Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement Executive

Contract Duration: 11 Months Working Location: Ubi Ave Working Hours: Mon – Thus (0830 to 1800hrs) and Fri (0830 to 1730hrs) Responsibilities: Support the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of volunteers through outreach initiatives, volunteer programmes, and effective stakeholder engagement. Coordinate volunteer recruitment and outreach activities. Manage volunteer onboarding, records, and communications. Plan and support volunteer engagement, training, and appreciation programmes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support volunteer deployment and initiatives. Requirements: Degree in any discipline. Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
