(UP $5K) Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing (Maternity Cover | Changi)
Job Details: Location: Changi East
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Maternity Cover from mid November 2026 until end June/mid July 2027
Completion Bonus
Key Responsibilities Independently plan and execute end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns, including tenant/partner engagement, collateral development, performance tracking, and reporting.
Use data analytics and BI tools to guide campaign planning and measure results.
Coordinate with tenants, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Organise trade events, conferences, and industry engagements, including content development, administration, and award submissions.
Support ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements Degree in Business or Marketing with 2–3 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing strategy and execution.
Hands-on experience in data analytics and BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED)
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative and results-driven.
