(UP $2,800) Billing Admin (Pioneer)

Job Details: 3 Months convert to Perm (Subject to performance) Monday to Friday, 8:00am –5:30pm Location: West (Pioneer) Job Description: We are looking for Billing Assistants (Admin) to join our operations team. This role supports billing and logistics operations for wine and tobacco products and involves working closely with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Handle billing and related documentation for wine and tobacco products Manage day‑to‑day logistics operations for assigned shipments Process orders and transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurateorder fulfilment Support regulatory and compliance requirements, including permit declarations(training will be provided) Address operational queries and maintain accurate records Perform other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required Requirements:

PC literate with strong organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Previous admin, billing, or logistics experience preferred
