UI/UX Designer (Banking, Central)

Leading Bank seeking for a Lead product design from discovery to delivery, translating complex customer and business needs into seamless digital experiences.

Contract: 12 Months Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
2. Conduct user research, prototyping, testing, and design validation.
3. Simplify complex processes into intuitive customer journeys.
4. Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to shape product strategy.
5. Present design solutions and influence stakeholder decisions.
6. Contribute to design standards, systems, and best practices.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of delivered digital products.
2. Proven experience leading complex design initiatives independently.
3. Strong expertise in user-centred design, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder management.
4. Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex customer and business problems.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
