Partnerships Operations Manager Location: Raffles Place, Singapore Contract: 12 months Salary: S$6,000 – S$8,000 per month About the Role A leading global technology company is seeking a Partnerships Operations Manager to drive performance visibility and operational excellence across its product partnerships ecosystem. This role sits at the center of cross-functional teams, owning the data and reporting cadence that keeps the partnerships organization accountable to its goals. You will translate performance data into actionable insights that help shape partnership strategy, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. The role will work closely with business development, partnerships, finance, and regional stakeholders to support innovative, integrated partnership experiences across global markets. Key Responsibilities Performance Reporting & Data Analysis Own the team's recurring data and reporting cadence, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and publishing.
Provide accurate and timely performance reporting for team members and leadership.
Monitor partner and vertical performance against business targets.
Proactively identify performance gaps, anomalies, risks, and emerging trends.
Investigate root causes and provide clear recommendations to relevant business owners.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business and partnership performance improvement initiatives.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for business development and partnerships stakeholders.
Partnerships Performance & Program Management Track progress and outcomes of global partnership programs across multiple business verticals, including areas such as messaging and commerce.
Build and maintain reporting views and dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance.
Support performance reviews and help stakeholders understand progress against targets.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting structures, and partnership performance.
Budget & Resource Management Own budget and resource allocation processes for the Product Partnerships team.
Work closely with Finance to submit, monitor, and reconcile partner budgets.
Ensure spending and resource allocation comply with internal policies and guidelines.
Support improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and financial processes.
Provide appropriate reporting and documentation to support financial reviews.
Partner Lifecycle Operations Support partner lifecycle operations from onboarding through ongoing management.
Partner with business development teams to assess the operational feasibility of new partner onboardings.
Ensure partner leads and opportunities are accurately captured and tracked within internal systems.
Establish effective operational processes to support partnership growth and scalability.
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, Business Operations, or a similar function.
Experience within technology, SaaS, digital advertising, or other fast-paced digital businesses.
Strong experience analyzing large volumes of data to identify risks, bottlenecks, performance gaps, and resource allocation opportunities.
Strong business acumen with the ability to move beyond reporting what the numbers show and translate data into clear business recommendations.
Proven ability to independently own recurring reporting processes from data extraction and validation through to final outputs for leadership.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages .
Experience managing operational expenditure, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation.
Experience working with Finance and Procurement teams and supporting business cases for expenditure.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving partnership environments.
Ability to establish scalable operational processes and frameworks during the early stages of new partnerships.
Strong track record of delivering high-stakes, cross-functional programs with a high degree of operational rigor.
