NODEJS/REACTJS As a Custom Software Engineer you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Software Engineering is required. Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development and Software Design & Solutions is suggested. Take ownership of specific software components and ensure their quality and performance meet project standards. Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices. Analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly.
