Senior Social Worker (Mental Health)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, provide case management, and develop individualized care plans for clients.
• Plan, facilitate, and evaluate group work, counselling sessions, and community-based mental health programmes.
• Monitor clients' progress and review intervention plans to support recovery and well-being.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to junior staff, and contribute to crisis intervention and case consultations where required.
• Identify service gaps and participate in programme development, quality improvement, and service evaluation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work, or a degree in a related field with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from a recognised institution
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant social work experience preferred
• Registration with the relevant professional social work body is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
