Senior Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review segment consolidation while assisting in the preparation of financial and management reports, adhering to accounting policies.
• Collaborate with the Business Partner Team on segment reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support the preparation of results announcements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, corporate laws, and relevant listing rules.
• Assist in the development of the Group's Annual Report.
• Consolidate forecasts and budgets effectively.
• Provide support for the Group Financial Reporting System, coordinating with consultants to address any issues.
• Liaise with auditors regarding group audit processes.
• Oversee corporate activities in collaboration with external consultants.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance to enhance performance and professional development.
• Facilitate team training and development to ensure competency in all required tasks.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 10 - 12 years of relevant working experience, preferably starting in a Big 4 audit firm and transitioning to a commercial environment with similar responsibilities.
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory compliance for listed companies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining rigorous financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; capable of managing multiple priorities.
