Senior/Dietitian

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and identify nutrition-related concerns and risks.

Develop, implement, and review individualised nutrition care plans based on patients' needs, preferences, health conditions, and goals.

Provide evidence-based dietary counselling and practical nutrition advice to individuals, families, and caregivers.

Support the nutritional management of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, gastrointestinal conditions, malnutrition, and other chronic diseases.

Conduct community nutrition education programmes, workshops, talks, and health promotion activities. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition and Dietetics, or an equivalent recognised qualification.

Eligible for registration or practice as a Dietitian in the relevant jurisdiction.

Previous clinical or community dietetics experience is preferred.

Experience working with chronic disease management, health promotion, older adults, or community-based populations is an advantage.
