Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and business performance. Own portfolio P&L, ROI tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. Leverage CRM and data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and generate actionable insights. Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, and agency coordination. Monitor performance through dashboards, analytics, and A/B testing to improve commercial outcomes. Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth. Ensure compliance with governance, procurement, and approval processes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, CRM, or commercial strategy roles. Strong experience in P&L management, ROI analysis, and data-driven decision making. Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. Analytical, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
