Retail Pharmacy Assistant | West

Brief Summary

The Pharmacy Retail Associate provides quality customer service and supports the Retail Supervisor in ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Open the store on time and ensure systems are ready for operations.
• Manage queues and assist patients to minimise waiting time.
• Handle cashiering, cash and daily sales records.
• Promote weekly specials and recommend relevant products to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, security and proper housekeeping of the pharmacy.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish stocks and ensure products are properly stored.
• Handle goods receipts, inter-branch transfers, stock counts and stock takes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper records are kept.
• Perform inventory data entry using SAP and assist with filing and monthly reports.
• Assist in training and orientating new staff on retail and pharmacy workflows.
• Support workplace improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE N or O Level.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with a self-motivated and responsible attitude.
