Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales efforts by effectively pitching products to healthcare professionals, translating clinical benefits into persuasive value propositions.
• Manage sales pipelines through modern CRM and productivity tools, tracking leads and generating performance reports.
• Implement creative marketing strategies to engage healthcare providers and enhance market penetration.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships within the Parkinson's community, ensuring a high level of personalized service for patients and caregivers.
• Build long-term connections with key medical stakeholders and opinion leaders.
• Spearhead regional expansion initiatives, particularly in Vietnam, leveraging market insights and exclusive distribution rights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience from pitch to delivery.

Requirements:

• Educational qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or MedTech industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a balance of field sales and remote reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to managing time and data.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to connect compassionately with diverse groups.
• High proficiency in modern productivity software and CRM platforms.
• A proactive and energetic personality that thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Proven emotional intelligence and experience in delivering high-touch service.
